Re: Legal proof that President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense. When this comes to the public’s attention, it will be the greatest scandal in the country’s history—nothing comes even close. This will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration.
My Credentials
I have a unique background for analyzing this document. I owned a typesetting company for 11 years so I know type and form design very well. I currently own Archive Index Systems since 1993, which sells all types of document scanners worldwide and also developed document imaging software (TheRepository). I know how the scanners work. I have also sold other document imaging programs, such as Laser. Fiche, Liberty and Alchemy. I have sold and installed document imaging systems in city and county governments, so I know their procedures with imaging systems and everything about the design of such programs. This will be important in understanding what has happened with Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama Presented to the Public is an alleged Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama presented is not the hospital birth certificate. The birth certificate would have the imprint of the baby’s footprint, weight, length and other information such as the religion. The Birth Certificate would be the source of the same information that would be typed onto the Certificate of Live Birth (the Long Form). What President Obama released is supposedly the Long Form that the County gets from the hospital, which is typed on a blank form given to the hospitals by the county. That copy is then mailed to the county Board of Health and kept as a legal government document. On Obama’s form (Figure 1) the County Clerk supposedly hand stamped the form on the upper right hand corner with a bates stamp. The number is a sequential number that reflects the sequence of Certificates that come into the County Health Department. The reason I know it was stamped by hand is because the number is crooked. The County Clerk also hand stamps the date of acceptance (box 20 and box 22). Obama’s Long Form was supposedly received on August 8, 1961, four days after his birth.

The lone Republican in the Hawaii State Senate told a radio interviewer today he believes “the real issue” stopping Barack Obama from releasing his long-form birth certificate is something the president has to hide, perhaps even the name of his actual birth father.
Hawaii State Sen. Sam Slom further told the host of “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on WABC 770 AM in New York City that so long as Obama refuses to be transparent about his past, questions about the president’s birth remain “a legitimate issue.”
“My particular point of view – and why I haven’t identified myself as a ‘birther,’ per se – is that [Obama] probably was born [in Hawaii] and that the real issue is not the birth certificate, but what’s on the birth certificate,” Slom told Klein.
Asked what that could be, Slom said, “It could have to do with what his name is on the birth certificate, who is actually listed as his father, the citizenship of the father.”
He continued, “My belief is that there is a birth certificate, he was born here, but that there is information that for reasons known only to him he doesn’t want released. If it were just the birth certificate, that would be one thing, but it’s his school records, it’s employment records. … Why would anybody, let alone the president of the United States, spend millions of dollars in legal fees to keep that hidden?”
“As long as that goes on,” he concluded, “I think it’s a legitimate issue.”
As WND has reported, besides Obama’s actual birth documentation, the president has refused to release his Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records and his adoption records.

What in the world is a “birther”? When I first heard the word, I had no clue either. It simply implies that a person does not believe that Barack Obama has a legitimate birth certificate, disabling his ability to serve as president. Instead of telling the American people the truth, supporters of President Obama urge us to focus more on the economy, taxes, energy, etc… I understand that a birth certificate is a speck on the sun compared to all the issues going on in America and around the world. However, with that being said, it IS important because the birth certificate could be a stepping stone to bigger things that Barack will try to get away with. President Barack Hussein Obama has another identity problem, seems there is confusion about what social security number to use or if he has one or is he using a stolen number. Attorney Orly Taitz has filed a complaint for review of this. Many private investigators have investigated this and no formidable conclusions can be made. They discovered on one occasion the number he is reportedly using belongs to a deceased women, also the prefix assigned to him is assigned to the Connecticut region. The Obama identity crisis is continuing, when will the truth be told? Lets review a bit; Refusal to show long form birth certificate, Refusal to release college transcripts, Refusal to release medical records, and now questions about his Social Security number. Why are we being forced to accept his eligibility? Would any other person be allowed to hold the Office Of President? Did any other past President fail to provide any requested proof ? Lets use some common sense in this there is a reason why Obama is denying this, not just a single document, everything that can and should be asked for. No surprise to myself and many others, Governor of Hawaii Neil Abercrombie, has said a search of records has failed to produce a copy of Obama’s birth certificate (no kidding, really). In an interview with Honolulu’s Newspaper, the Star Advertiser, Abercrombie stated there are no records or copies of Obama’s birth certificate. This is in contrast to Hawaii’s previous Governor And Head of Hawaii’s Department of Health, who said they have seen it. Here we go again. If it does exist why not show it? Why is this continuing to drag on and on and on? The only rational reason I could think of, THERE IS NONE! Wake up people get on board. This should be the number one priority for the people who are being taken for fools by the controlling media. Use some common sense. If there is a birth certificate, show it. If this was any other person, the controlling media did not want to prop up and support, you can be rest assured as a candidate for the office of President, he would not have made it to the convention. Stop letting the controlling media tell you incorrect information, I was going to say lies, however, I won’t. I think there has been far too much evidence and controversy surrounding this, that everyone should be asking questions.

This is a quote stated by Barack Obama. I’m in no position to say whether or not he means this quote, but my gut instinct suggests that he does not. In fact, I’ll even go out on a limb and say Barry didn’t even write this quote, rather leaving it to his secretaries to do his thinking for him.
But it’s not nice to assume things, so let’s just say that Barack did in fact write this wonderful quote shown above. If I woke up from my five year hibernation this morning, I would say Obama is quite an honest and open guy. Luckily for me, I don’t hibernate for quite that long although my parents would beg to differ, and it’s easy to see Barry’s nose growing by the day. How can Obama approve this message when he, himself, does not believe in what this message is saying, and even more importantly, does not abide by his own “words”?
Show us your true birth certificate, Barack Obama, if you truly mean what your telemprompter is telling you to say. It specifically says in the Constitution that the President of the United States of America must in fact show proof of American citizenship. I don’t care where you’re from. If you were not born in America, you are not qualified to be president of this country.
“Let me say it as simply as I can: transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency.” These words are simply that; words. Barack Obama does not follow the rule of law, and he certainly isn’t transparent. This isn’t how America should be. Our founding fathers would be shaking their heads if they were witnessing this mockery of the Constitution in which we are allowing. I’ve had enough. We’ve reached the fork in the road where we can choose to allow this man to continue his trashing of America, or we can stand up and fight for what is right and do all we can to ensure future prosperity. It’s our choice. Let’s do it.
