Attorney Orly Taitz posted an email from Hawaii’s Fox News affiliate KHON-2 News reporter stating it would be prudent that Obama’s (non-existent) birth certificate get a fair examination. The email posted below KHON-2’s Andrew Pereira’s bio.

“Andrew Pereira is an award winning journalist who joined the KHON2 NEWS team in August 2004 as a general assignment reporter.

In 2010 he received the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award and the Society of Professional Journalists award for his investigative reporting.

That same year he was honored with the Excellence Award on Community Reporting by the Chinatown Business and Community Association.

In 2011 the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences San Francisco/Northern California Chapter nominated Andrew for two Emmy Awards for his series and feature news reporting.

Andrew began his journalism career in 1995 at KHNL where he was executive producer of the station’s morning news program.

He studied at Brigham Young University-Hawaii and Leeward Community College on the island of Oahu.
