I am absolutely disgusted at the disregard for the Constitution that is being shown by not only Congress, but by the criminal sitting in the Oval Office as well. While nothing that Congress or the Barry implements that is in direct violation of the Constitution is lawful and should be obeyed by the citizens of this nation, it is very disturbing to see the people in Washington D.C., that are supposed to be representing us, attempting to violate the Constitution that over a million men and women have died protecting and defending throughout our history. I am so sick and tired of calling and mailing, just to be  ignored or getting half truths back in response. When is the oligarchy in DC going to start fulfilling your Oath of Office. We do not send people to D.C. to make a nice salary and collect a nice pension. We send them to uphold, support and defend the Constitution for the united states of America in our place.

We are watching the birth of an oligarchy dictatorship. Anybody that stays informed can clearly recognize that there has never been a power grab by a sitting illegal President before like this in the history of this Republic. Congress alone was enumerated the power to create Constitutional legislation. He does not have a blank check giving him the power to do whatever he wants. He merely has the power to implement Acts of Congress which are within Congress’ enumerated powers, period.  We are not stupid and we are getting fed up with the current state of our federal government. Some of the most outrageous actions that this Administration has taken:

•          The most outrageous and unconstitutional is the National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order. Barry gave himself the power to seize control of all domestic U.S. resources including food, water, transportation, energy, and infrastructure, and gives FEMA the power to seize banks during war AND PEACETIME. He can now declare martial law at any time and under any condition.
•          At an Armed Services Committee Hearing recently, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta stated that “international permission, rather than Congressional approval, provides a ‘legal basis’ for military action by the United States”. This is nothing less than HIGH TREASON! This Administration has declared war against the American people.
•          The Barry Administration bypassed Congress and halted the deportation of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. The Executive Branch basically implemented the “DREAM Act” after it was rejected by Congress three times. Article 1, Section 8 grants Congress alone the power “to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization”.
•          Though the Senate was not officially in recess, Barry attempted to unilaterally appoint four individuals to the National Labor Relations Board. This man ignored the checks and balances system that our federal government operates under. Outside of Senator Rand Paul, I haven’t heard a peep from anybody else in Congress.
•          Secretary of State recently stated that Barry is going to bypass Congress and resume foreign aid to Egypt. This man is going over your heads and plans to issue $1.3-$1.5 billion to the Muslim Brotherhood, a group that is bent on the destruction of Israel and a clear enemy of the United States.
•          In another act of war against this nation, Barry has proposed an 80% reduction in our nuclear arsenal. But, yet again, not a word from our representatives. What happens when he tries to do this by Executive Order? Why has not a word been said by Congress? If this man is placed back in office, it will happen. Is this what Barry was talking about when he accidentally got caught whispering to Russian President Medvedev about “having more flexibility after the election”.

I didn’t even mention the his back door enforcement of cap and trade through the EPA and a number of other illegal acts in which Barry has blatantly ignored the Constitution. The Constitution created three separate branches of our federal government, not one. We do not live in a monarchy. Barry does not have the right to create laws, Congress does and only laws that adhere to the Constitution.

If Barry isn’t unilaterally circumventing the Constitution and going beyond his enumerated powers, Congress is passing legislation for his signature that strips us of our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness (property), fast tracking the collapse of our economy.

Acts of lawlessness and clear violation of our Constitution:
•          For the first time in history, our Congress passed legislation, National Defense Authorization Act 2012, that gives the power to the military to incarcerate U.S. citizens indefinitely without a trial. No matter how many times Congress wants to tell us this provision does not exist, it does. This article sums it up pretty well:

The illegal Congress along with thier criminal buddy Barry have attempted to violate our 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th, amendments. It is unlawful, unconstitutional, and a slap in the face to every single person that has ever worn a military uniform.
•          Congress passed legislation, the 2012 FAA funding bill, to authorize up to 30,000 drones to patrol our airspace. This  is an invasion of everything our Republic stands for. Do we have a right to privacy any longer or is this an outdated idea as well? No, there is not legitimate reason why the same drones that the military uses to patrol war-zones need to be flown over our heads.
•          Congress voted to yet again raise the debt ceiling instead of making true cuts, like WE have to do when we are facing financial hardships. We don’t have the luxury of cutting spending on proposed spending, we have an actual budget that we have to adhere to. The DC criminal oligarchy are saddling us and our children with debt that we will never be able to pay back. I’m not quite positive if the 535 vain and aspiring men and women in Congress realize how incredibly close we are to a total economic collapse, this debt is unsustainable. We are carrying more debt than any country in the history of the world, this is absolutely outrageous. Not only does it  stick us with more debt, but creates a “Super Congress”, another unconstitutional creation by our representatives. It absolutely breaks my heart to see what these people are doing to this nation, how my children will not enjoy the freedom and prosperity that WE and I had.

I could literally write pages about the outrageous acts of war that this Barry and our Congress have forced on us in the last four years. You might not be aware of this or maybe you just don’t care, but the U.S. Constitution does not give us our rights, it restrains the federal government from taking action against our God given rights. God gives us our rights, not government or the Constitution! I have seen nothing but lawlessness and violation of our Constitution coming out of Washington D.C. for years.

Just to hit the point home, if you read the Declaration of Independence and replace the word “King” with our modern unconstitutional, alien, criminal, rogue federal government that is operating in this nation’s Capital, we are at the same point as when our founding fathers declared independence from the British monarchy. This nation is more similar to a national government oligarchy than the Constitutional Republic that our founding fathers gave us. They would not recognize this current nation. They no doubt would be readying for another Revolution.

This nation has been asleep for a long time, but thank God, more and more people are waking up to what is going on. It’s looking more and more like we had a bloodless coup in 2008 and tyranny was the result, we will not stand for it. This oligarchy can only push the citizens of this nation so far. Can you see why Congress only has a 9-15% approval rating? The majority of this nation does not trust anyone that goes to DC, the majority of this nation sees our federal government as the opposition. Congress has stabbed us in the back so many times WE are starting to feel it. Let me put this as clear as I can: We do not want a new government; we want you to adhere to the Constitution. How hard is this to understand?

It’s time to start to fulfill the Oath of Office to support and defend the Constitution just like the military that are sent into battle are. We have a man in the Oval Office that has divided this nation like no time since the Civil War. He is instigating civil unrest and racial division; He is practicing the Cloward-Piven strategy to a “t”; He is trying to create another “Arab Spring” civil unrest type situation in the United States.

Please tell me you see this. Please tell me you are not this naive. Please tell me that you actually want the federal government to represent us and are on our side not on the side of this Administration that has boldly proclaimed that we are under the influence of a foreign body. It’s time for you people to stand up, I don’t care what party you claim to be with, they work for us. Please grow a spine and ensure your employees in government do as well, DON’T stand by and watch our “vain and aspiring representatives”  kill our Republic, become the experienced patriots needed to STOP THIS TYRANNY with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we MUST mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor!
